List of Accounts not operated for 10 years or more

If you find your name in the list, please contact the concerned branch with the reference number given in the list against your name. For activation of accounts /claiming the amount in the accounts, please submit application along with latest KYC documents i.e. Identity proof, Address proof and latest photograph. If the accountholder is deceased then the Death Certificate and the claim form as per RBI guidelines to be submitted at the nearest branch
