Bank has introduced the MISSED CALL Facility, for the benefit of customers whose mobile numbers are registered in SMS Alert.

Call disconnects automatically

On dialing the number, the call will get automatically disconnected after 2 rings.

Receive account information

The customer will receive SMS messages for all operative accounts.

  • There is no charge for the calls.
  • Information for all operative accounts is received with a single call.
  • The customer need not visit the branch just to know the balance details.
Important Note: If you are not registered for SMS Alert Facility, you will not receive the messages. You should first register your mobile number at the branch to use the Missed Call Facility.
